Barista / Supervisor

£12.44 P/H plus tips (OTE £14.75-15.00 P/H)

Full time position to assist in the smooth running of our busy brunch restaurant. We are a small team of hard working people who like to enjoy our time at work. We are always busy but make a point of stopping to play with the dogs, make the kids laugh and get to know our guests. If that is how you like to work then please get in touch.

The ROle

So this is a keyholder role as floor supervisor and barista. We may be a village cafe but we operate like a restaurant with booking system, full table service from breakfast to afternoon tea so there is a fair bit more too it than the usual cafe role. Some skills you will need.

• Solid, speedy barista work

• Great waiter

• Understanding of restaurant booking systems

• Organised and cool headed on a busy service

My daughter will be in clearing plates and polishing cutlery from time to time after school and most of our regulars will know the staff by name.
